4–6 Nights, Your Choice of Hotel
Stay 4 or 6 nights depending on your package, at any of our internationally branded partner hotels — Wanda Yuehua, Wanda Momoland, Sheraton, Westin, or Hyatt Regency. The Sheraton, Westin and Hyatt Regency are ski-in/ski-out; Wanda Yuehua and Wanda Momoland are a short 10-minute walk to the lifts, shuttle available. Daily breakfast included, whichever tier you choose.

3 or 5 Days Kids' Ski / Snowboard Instruction (5 hrs/day)
Professional daily coaching for children, over 3 or 5 days depending on your package — maximum 1:3 coach-to-student ratio. Structured progression from the magic carpet all the way to chairlift runs.

All-Access Ski Pass, Every Day of Your Trip
Full resort access across all lifts and cable cars at both Guosong and Xiaozhen service centres, covering your entire stay. Valid for either the day session (8:30 AM – 4:30 PM) or evening session (4:30 PM – 9:00 PM) per day.

Full Equipment Hire, Every Day of Your Trip
Skis or snowboard, boots, and helmet for every member of the family, covering your entire stay. Professionally fitted on arrival. Thermal ski wear can be arranged at additional cost — just let us know when you enquire.

Private vehicle pick-up and drop-off at Changbaishan Airport or the nearest railway station — just a 25-minute drive to your hotel door. No shared shuttles, no two-hour transfer bus, no waiting around after a long journey.

Anyone in a lesson that day — child or adult — has lunch covered at the slope-side restaurant or resort food court. One less thing to sort out between runs.

Questions families ask before booking

Are ski lessons available for adults, or just children?

The package includes daily ski instruction for children. Adult lessons can be arranged separately — just let us know when you enquire and we'll include it in your proposal.

We'll do our best to group adults together with others at a similar level, though this cannot be guaranteed. One of the great advantages of skiing in China is smaller class sizes — typically no more than 1 to 3 students per instructor — so adult beginners tend to progress quickly.

💡 Not a skier yet? That's completely fine — most of the adults on our trips are first-timers too.

How old do children need to be? Are there height or weight limits?

We recommend this package for children aged 5 and above. The key requirement is that children must be fully toilet-trained and able to visit the bathroom independently — our instructors take small groups onto the slopes, so they need to be able to manage this on their own during lesson time.

There is no minimum height or weight requirement for equipment hire or lessons.

We want your booking experience to feel as comfortable as the holiday itself. Below is everything you need to know about securing your place and settling your balance — written plainly, without fine print.

10% Deposit to Confirm Your Booking
A deposit of 10% of the total package value is required at the time of booking to secure your family's place. This applies to land components only — accommodation, lessons, transfers, ski passes, and activities. International flights, if arranged separately, are not included in this calculation. We want you to book with confidence — so the deposit is fully refundable if plans change before the end of August, giving you plenty of time to confirm your flights.

Balance Due 50 Days Before Arrival
The remaining balance must be settled no later than 50 days before your arrival at Changbaishan. We'll send a clear invoice well ahead of this date — you won't need to track it yourself. If you have any questions about the final amount, reach out before the due date and we'll sort it together.

Late Payment & Forfeiture
If the balance is not received by the 50-day deadline, ETEX Travel reserves the right to release the booking and retain the deposit. We'll always do our best to reach you before this happens — but please treat the deadline as firm. Settling early is always appreciated.

Changes & Amendments
Life happens, and we'll always do our best to accommodate changes to your itinerary — room configurations, activity selections, group size adjustments. The earlier you raise a request, the better we can help. Once final payment has been made, we cannot guarantee that further amendments will be possible, so please let us know sooner rather than later.

Payment Methods
We accept bank transfer (PayNow / FAST) and major credit and debit cards. A 3% service fee applies to credit and debit card transactions — bank transfer remains fee-free. Full payment instructions are included in your booking confirmation. If you have a preferred method not listed, just ask — we'll do our best to accommodate.
